The Longview Area Alumnae Panhellenic association is a community-based organization, affiliated with the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), whose membership is composed of representative alumnae from the twenty-six NPC member group fraternities.
The objectives of the Longview Area Alumnae Panhellenic are the following: 1. To PROMOTE interfraternity friendship and collaboration; 2. To PUBLICIZE the high ideals, purpose, and accomplishments of the fraternity system; 3. To STIMULATE the interest and participation of alumnae members of National Panhellenic Conference fraternities; 4. To MAINTAIN files on potential new members for the reference of member groups.
The association accomplishes these purposes in the community by providing an informative website for area high school seniors attending Texas and out-of-state universities. We are a group of alumnae members who assist college-bound senior girls in the recruitment process. Our member groups are also involved individually within the community in various philanthropic and social service projects.

The Panhellenic Creed
We, as Undergraduate members of women's fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving, to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.
We, as Fraternity Women, stand for service through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
